All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Additional shipping/ delivery fees might be applied on quantity orders.

Extended delivery time is expected for car spare parts which will be informed to the customer prior confirming the order.

Shipping fees exclude any local tax or customs fee. (Shall be paid locally by the buyer)

Cash on Delivery/ Collection

The Cash on Delivery payment method requires an additional fee that needed to be paid by customer on delivery or collection. This fee will be added to your order total automatically and is required by our courier.

- Please make sure the correct delivery address is selected.
- You will receive a message on your phone with OTP to confirm the order.
- If the order not confirmed using the OTP, the order will be cancelled.
- Banknote change not available, please prepare the exact amount on receiving.
- New banknotes only.
- Damaged banknotes won't be accepted.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cremisicasa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns for replacement or exchange up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

The customer can request for a refund within 3 days from delivery only and the refund will be on the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and the fees and charges incurred on the original order delivery, in addition to 15% restocking fees on the condition that the item found eligible for refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@cremisicasa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
